It's the front line between the U.S. and Russia. The CIA and the KGB cut deals and Canadians, believe it or not, look the other way, as long as there's no trouble. The drug bust started in Los Angeles, ended in Vancouver. And they stuck me here in Canada for another week, on some "Hands Across the Border" bullshit. So the Mounties put me on a homicide case. It turned out to be part of an assassination, engineered by the KGB, and our very own CIA, George Chaney. Why am I not surprised? This time, they were actually cooling off a terrorist, and I got caught in the middle.
