Thank you SCI-FI channel...
27 December 1999 | by (New England) – See all my reviews

I have never forgiven FOX for cancelling this show (and Brisco County Jr, too!). This was one of the most original shows ever produced. Yes, I know it was based on the James Caan movie, but the TV series did so much more with the story and characters. I truly LOVED this show when it was on, and I was so bummed when it went off the air after only one season. I don't know what the FOX execs were thinking when they cancelled this, especially considering the popularity of the follow-up TV movies. I'm just glad the sci-fi channel shows it in reruns!
