Doomed to stay on Earth until he can show compassion, Control helps him u lead as normal a life as possible, but not knowing Earthly ways he often finds himself in trouble. Jesse is a hero in the army of a alien world but he was a little too good and they became afraid of him so they sent him to prison/rehab/political dissident detention planet to regain his "humanity", Earth.
