Pamela Anderson Admits She Regrets Her Boob Job

27 August 2016 9:35 AM, PDT | ET Canada | See recent ET Canada news »

What is Pamela Anderson’s biggest regret? When asked that question during an interview with W Magazine, the “Baywatch” beauty thought for a moment and gestured to her ample (and, let’s assume) surgically enhanced breasts, adding: “Not that we need to point it out.” The B.C.-born model, actress and animal rights activist chats with W about her role in a […] »

8 Intriguing TV Spinoffs That Never Happened

24 August 2016 11:13 AM, PDT | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

When television spinoffs go right, they can succeed with flying colours. Just ask Frasier or The Flash, both of which were spawned from perfectly popular series but then managed to outshine their parent shows in most viewers’ hearts (Cheers and Arrow, respectively).

Of course, for every success story there is a spinoff that utterly flops. The acclaim of The X-Files did not follow The Lone Gunmen when they went solo in their short-lived 2001 series, and David Hasselhoff left Baywatch to star in Baywatch Nights, a bizarre mess of a show that combined cop shows with crazy Scooby Doo-like supernatural mysteries. The list goes on.

But what about those spinoffs that never got the chance to prove their worth? Well, this is their story. Read on for eight television spinoff shows that sounded intriguing but unfortunately never happened. Sure, they might not have been that great, but we would have »

29 Crazy Ridiculous Things That Happened in Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens

31 July 2016 7:00 PM, PDT | PEOPLE.com | See recent PEOPLE.com news »

The fourth installment of Syfy's mega-popular Sharknado series premiered Sunday. And in case there was any question that The 4th Awakens would be a slight Star Wars parody, the film answered that right away by opening with an "Episode IV" scrolling prologue reminiscent of George Lucas' space franchise. Ian Ziering was back as chainsaw-touting Fin Shepard, alongside Tara Reid and David Hasselhoff. With a new team of allies by their side, they battled the Sharknados - which this time have evolved into fire-breathing, hail-throwing, sand-blasting threats. They also spewed their fair share of Star Wars puns, including a "May »

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, original “Baywatch” producers Michael Berk and Douglas Schwartz spilled a particularly juicy set secret: A young Leonardo DiCaprio was almost cast as David Hasselhoff’s son.

“We actually had DiCaprio ready to be cast,” Berk told THR, “But David thought he was too old to play his son.”

According to Schwartz, Hasselhoff thought DiCaprio’s casting would make him look older. “He had a lot of concerns of that type,” Schwartz admitted. Jeremy Jackson, six years Leo’s junior, was cast instead.

There’s also room for Priyanka Chopra’s chief villain. An archetypal suit, the lifeguards will be going toe-to-toe with a greedy oil tycoon hellbent on exploiting the Bay for corporate interests. Enter The Rock and Co, henceforth known as the Baywatch family.

Baywatch Almost Derailed Leonardo DiCaprio's Movie Career

Next year, the iconic TV series Baywatch makes the transition to the big screen with a new reboot starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. The original series is among the most successful of all time, running for 11 seasons between 1989 and 2001, turning stars Pamela Anderson and the rest of the cast into household names. A new retrospective on the original series reveals quite an interesting revelation, that Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio was almost cast on the show when he was just a teenager.

Before he went on to make Oscar winning blockbusters, Leonardo DiCaprio's career began on the small screen, with roles on the 1990 TV series Parenthood and a recurring arc on Growing Pains. The Hollywood Reporter reveals that, at just 15 years of age, the actor auditioned for the role of Mitch Buchannon's (David Hasselhoff) son, Hobie Buchannon, but David Hasselhoff himself "nixed" the casting. David Hasselhoff: ‘Knight Rider has come true – driverless cars, scanners and blueprints’

The Baywatch star might be used to being ferried about by talking cars – but nothing could prepare him for a night out in Blackpool

Hi, David. Are you a fan of (now defunct) Kansas City instrumental prog-rock band, David Hasselhoff on Acid?

I’m a big fan. My attorneys said: “This is horrible.” I had a listen and said: “No, it’s fucking great.” I used to host a TV show in Sweden called David Hasselhoff: En Svensk Talk Show. It was a proper talk show with a band and everything. I’d sing a lot of Ace of Bass and Roxette songs. We had a competition, looking for bands to cover my song Looking for Freedom (1). One band came back with this heavy metal version; it was awesome. Then I got invited to close this rock festival in Austria, in front of 100,000 people. I had to come out after Iron Maiden. »

Dwayne Johnson decided to get in the Father's Day spirit by unveiling a new poster for his highly-anticipated reboot of Baywatch.
