Mary Elizabeth Winstead received some bad news earlier this week when CBS canceled BrainDead, but she’s got quite the rebound in play—Collider reports that Winstead is on the shortlist to play Domino in Deadpool 2. But the 10 Cloverfield Lane actress has some stiff competition—she’s vying for the role alongside Lizzy Caplan, Sienna Miller, Mackenzie Davis, Sofia Boutella, and Ruby Rose, to name a few. Okay, we’ll list the rest: Eve Hewson (The Knick), Spectre’s Stephanie Sigman, Sylvia Hoeks (Dutch of the Dutch series Overspel), and Kelly Rohrbach, the latter of which is taking over for Pamela Anderson in the new Baywatch movie.
All of these actresses have tested for the role or will do so, but there’s currently no word on when production on the sequel will begin. But it makes sense to add Domino to the mix, what with Cable joining ...

Priyanka Chopra says staying fit is simple — just eat right and stay active.
“You don’t have to kill yourself at the gym, you don’t have to starve yourself. You just have to eat healthy, eat right. Life is just really fast-paced. To be able to find ways of being healthy within that is a smart way to do it, ” Chopra, 34, says in the November issue of Women’s Health.

LeFevre’s “Straight to Hell: True Tales of Deviance, Debauchery, and Billion-Dollar Deals,” which was published in July 2015 via Atlantic Monthly Press, offers readers a dark yet humorous account of his life as a high-profile investment banker.
Sources say the film is still in early development.
Efron most recently starred in Universal’s “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising” and Fox’s “Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.” The actor will next be seen in “Baywatch” opposite Dwayne Johnson, and also has James Franco’s “The Masterpiece” bowing in the next year. Sofia Vergara is the reigning queen of television.
The “Modern Family” star is the world’s highest-paid TV actress for the fifth year in a row, according to Forbes. With $43 million (before management fees and taxes), her salary is almost $20 million more than that of runner-up Kaley Cuoco, who earned $24.5 million. Unlike the list of film stars, she makes more than her male counterparts.
Aside from the hit ABC sitcom, Vergara can also thank a handful of lucrative product endorsements (from Head and Shoulders to Ninja Coffee Bar to Careisma Scrubs — a line of medical scrubs) for the 66% spike in earnings over the previous year.
Cuoco, who stars in “The Big Bang Theory,” tied with Vergara on last year’s Forbes list, when both actresses netted $28.5 million. Unlike the Colombian actress, Cuoco’s haul is based almost solely from her pay as Penny on the CBS comedy, for which she commands $1 million per episode. Like »

Pamela Anderson dropped jaws in an elegant black Ekaterina Kukhareva gown at the Unitas Gala Against Human Trafficking in NYC on Tuesday night. The Baywatch beauty was joined by her younger son, Dylan Jagger Lee; the 18-year-old aspiring model posed for photos with his mom on the red carpet before heading inside, where they sat together for the event. Dylan shared a photo of the duo on Instagram that evening, writing, "Great event for a great cause." Dylan, along with his 20-year-old brother, Brandon, is the son of Pam and her former husband Tommy Lee. Pam recently made headlines when she penned an opinion piece about the dangers of pornography for the Wall Street Journal. The former Playboy centerfold argued that porn "killed" the men's magazine and that the "terrible addiction . . . is ruining relationships." Pam also alluded to the infamous 1995 sex tape featuring herself and Tommy - the tape was »

Schwartz is currently shopping “Sunset Limo” to the usual suspects, including networks, premium cable channels and streaming services.
Ponce de Leon and Jose Hendrickson, who penned Lionsgate heist comedy “Ladron que roba a ladron,” co-wrote the pilot script.
Ponce de Leon began his TV career in 1987 as »

Asked how manny strippers he’s dated he replies: “Oh my God I don’t know.” And he can’t confirm it when Patti starts throwing out numbers: 10, 20, 50? Patti hopes she can tame him and get him to come down a peg or two from the “stripper look”. But will she...read more »

What is Pamela Anderson’s biggest regret? When asked that question during an interview with W Magazine, the “Baywatch” beauty thought for a moment and gestured to her ample (and, let’s assume) surgically enhanced breasts, adding: “Not that we need to point it out.” The B.C.-born model, actress and animal rights activist chats with W about her role in a […] »

When television spinoffs go right, they can succeed with flying colours. Just ask Frasier or The Flash, both of which were spawned from perfectly popular series but then managed to outshine their parent shows in most viewers’ hearts (Cheers and Arrow, respectively).
Of course, for every success story there is a spinoff that utterly flops. The acclaim of The X-Files did not follow The Lone Gunmen when they went solo in their short-lived 2001 series, and David Hasselhoff left Baywatch to star in Baywatch Nights, a bizarre mess of a show that combined cop shows with crazy Scooby Doo-like supernatural mysteries. The list goes on.
But what about those spinoffs that never got the chance to prove their worth? Well, this is their story. Read on for eight television spinoff shows that sounded intriguing but unfortunately never happened. Sure, they might not have been that great, but we would have »

Celebrities are not immune to the sound of chips falling down their pockets, nor the same games that attract most of us. The fourth installment of Syfy's mega-popular Sharknado series premiered Sunday. And in case there was any question that The 4th Awakens would be a slight Star Wars parody, the film answered that right away by opening with an "Episode IV" scrolling prologue reminiscent of George Lucas' space franchise. Ian Ziering was back as chainsaw-touting Fin Shepard, alongside Tara Reid and David Hasselhoff. With a new team of allies by their side, they battled the Sharknados - which this time have evolved into fire-breathing, hail-throwing, sand-blasting threats. They also spewed their fair share of Star Wars puns, including a "May »

Per Deadline, Michelle Williams is in talks to star alongside Hugh Jackman in “The Greatest Showman.” Jackman will play P.T. Barnum in the musical biopic, which charts the rise of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Zac Efron may be joining the project as well in an as-yet unspecified role.
Though silver-screen musicals aren’t too uncommon in and of themselves, “The Greatest Showman” purports to be Hollywood’s first not based on an existing property since 1992’s “Newsies.” Michael Arndt — who won an Academy Award for his “Little Miss Sunshine” screenplay and has also written or co-written “Toy Story 3,” “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “The Force Awakens” — is on script duty. Veteran commercial director Michael Gracey will helm the project, which will feature original songs by the Tony-nominated duo of Justin Paul & Benj Pasek (“The »

Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario and Dwayne Johnson have snagged leads in the upcoming “Baywatch” movie, but an original casting idea for the TV series would have seen an even bigger star slip into one of those famous red swimsuits.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, original “Baywatch” producers Michael Berk and Douglas Schwartz spilled a particularly juicy set secret: A young Leonardo DiCaprio was almost cast as David Hasselhoff’s son.
“We actually had DiCaprio ready to be cast,” Berk told THR, “But David thought he was too old to play his son.”
According to Schwartz, Hasselhoff thought DiCaprio’s casting would make him look older. “He had a lot of concerns of that type,” Schwartz admitted. Jeremy Jackson, six years Leo’s junior, was cast instead.

Though his Instagram feed has acted as a hub for all things Fast 8 in recent weeks, Dwayne Johnson has shared an appropriately patriotic shot of the Baywatch crew to coincide with the July 4 celebrations in the States.
With sparkler in hand, it is Johnson’s musclebound Mitch Buchannon who anchors the ensemble – replete with Uncle Sam hat – and below you’ll also find Jon Bass, Alex Daddario, Zac Efron, Kelly Rohrbach and Ilfenesh Hadera among the lineup.
There’s also room for Priyanka Chopra’s chief villain. An archetypal suit, the lifeguards will be going toe-to-toe with a greedy oil tycoon hellbent on exploiting the Bay for corporate interests. Enter The Rock and Co, henceforth known as the Baywatch family.
On May 19th, 2017 you will witness these amazing women @kellyrohrbach @alexannadaddario @priyankachopra @ilfenator save lives, @thejonbass steal the show, @zacefron’s ripped 28 pack abs and some big, brown, bald »

Nicole Eggert's appearance changed during the filming of Baywatch - and it might have been because of costar Pamela Anderson. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Baywatch's original producers, Michael Berk and Douglas Schwartz, opened up about the show - which will soon hit the big screen. "[Nicole Eggert] felt a little bit competitive with Pam," Berk told the magazine. "She had a beautiful athletic body but didn't have big boobs at all. Maybe she was feeling a little bit of pressure.
