Very pleasant, but slightly stretched love story of a German boy and a Turkish girl, that sets out to be more than just that. Maybe I am prejudiced against abstract feelings like "family honour" (which I do not believe in), on this aspect the film just stays too much on the outside and it thus fails to explain the deeper meaning of it. It is as if the makers were just not to eager to do that.Very well acted by the young leads and it is easy to see why Jan (the German boy) falls in love; they both are so good that the ending should let every viewer cry out with joy.
