In contrast to what is mentioned at the imdb's alternate versions page the R-Rated VHS by Troma has only been censored by approx. 40 seconds. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.

In Britain, though, a heavily censored version was released on VHS that misses out nearly 14 minutes of footage, mostly violent scenes and again one can find a detailed comparison with pictures over here.
