None. This is a G rated motion picture.

All the dinosaurs are nude

There is a couple fight scenes involving a T-rex (aka The Sharptooth). It kills Littlefoot's mother offscreen, though we are shown a shadow of what happens during this scene.

There is an intense fight towards the end where Sharptooth is killed when the gang pushes a rock on Sharptooth causing him to fall off a cliff and presumably drown in the water below .

This film is set in the era of dinosaurs, so there is none of this.

There are numerous scenes in which the main characters are in peril and face great dangers

The death of Littlefoot's mother is a very sad scene that will upset very young children and even some adults Littlefoot then falls into a depression for some time after.

Not likely to be rated G today.

Suggested rating: PG for mild violence, sequences of peril and thematic elements.
