Did You Know?

The "Orlando Children's Museum" featured in this movie was actually the Orlando Science Center, which has since moved to a new location. The building is now used for city's annual Shakespeare Festival and other theater performances.

During filming, production ran into trouble when the reindeer began to shed their antlers, so replacement antlers had to be obtained.

Ernest's pickup full of snakes has a sign that reads "Apopka Snakes". Executive producer Joseph Akerman went to high school in Apopka Florida, a suburb of Orlando, where most filming was done.
