A Chorus of Disapproval (1989)
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Ian's just told me. About you and Hannah. You bastard. I just want you to know I think you're a total and utter bastard and that one of these days I hope you'll get what's coming to you.
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Having said that, best of luck with the show tonight and I hope it goes really well for you.
[during rehearsals, Ted has left the stage, thinking that he had finished his part in the scene]
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Unbelievable, this, isn't it? Unbelievable! Ten days we've been at this, ten days! And where are we? Page 15, isn't it?
Ted Washbrook: [sheepishly] Sorry, everyone. I shouldn't have gone off.
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Well, you were only expressing in actions, Ted, what will by this time be the heartfelt wishes of the entire audience.
Bridget Baines: [facing a pub full of rowdy drunks] My father says would you please stop making that bloody racket! Only he didn't say please like I did.
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Don't mind us, Mr. Jones, you'll get used to us. Possibly.
Dafydd Ap Llewellyn: Women, they never like being taken by surprise, do they? Unless they know what it is in advance.
