Rated R- Disturbing Content and Language (my rating reason)

Some sexual dialogue and references, there is a lot of sexual tension between the two male leads (nothing ever happens though). We see a nude man on bed, but he has a blanket covering most of him so we only see part of his bare butt

Several images of dead bodies, some of them bloody. A man falls off a staircase, and his head is bleeding quite a bit, and there is some other violence but none if it is very graphic.
