Continuity

Throughout the series, several references are made to the fact that the robots' arms don't work. Many times though, they're indicated as having completed projects requiring working arms or performing deeds where their arms are moving.

Crew or equipment visible

Joel and Mike's head mics are often visible when they turn their heads during theater sequences.
The rod used to control Tom Servo is visible several times when he is carried into or out of the theater.
J. Elvis Weinstein's head is visible as he operates Tom Servo in the season two intro.

Miscellaneous

A line during the end credits thanks "The authors of the First Ammendment." The last word should be spelled "Amendment".

Revealing mistakes

In many episodes, you can hear the 'bots and the host turning the pages as they go through their scripts.
During the theater sequences, Crow frequently talks without moving his mouth. Sometimes his mouth moves after he finishes talking.
For several seasons two torches appear in the "hallway" as the camera enters and exits the "theater". Their changing direction of flickering demonstrates the entries and exits are the same shot run forward and backward.
