a nice story. and decent acting. slices from the German occupation of Paris. few interesting portraits of legendary personalities. and seductive Goering by Joss Ackland and Leslie Caron as Coco Chanel. it remains one of TV movies with the basic virtue to remind Hallmark productions. same atmosphere, romanticism style, tension, problematic episodes, the innocent good guy, in middle of fight, far by comfortable life, sensitive, defined by few meetings, who choice the right choice. Perry King represents the happy solution of this kind of character. it is a charming film, far to be original or memorable. but this is a real virtue because it gives a form of soft entertainment who could be a great refuge after a work day. so, a nice film.
