Dani told Brodie she's missing Will and kissed Alex to get back at Will. Brodie got huffy and stormed upstairs, so Jade told Dani that Brodie likes Alex. Dani dumps Alex. Fisher's concerned about Brodie and feels she should take some time off as she's suffering headaches after the accident and is worried about being at the bottom of the class. Leah's attempts to promote the Diner aren't working. After the flier fiasco, Vinnie and Alex gave posters a go but they ended up with a fine from the police for breaching council bye-laws. Duncan's been acting weird around Jade after a comment made by Kirsty about him being "safe". Duncan had told Jade they need Nick and Kirsty back so they can start having fun again. Jade got insulted and walked off, leaving Duncan to confront Kirsty and ask why she doesn't want to go on single dates with Nick. Jade has gone back to ballet after being away from it for a year. Luckily Melissa (a girl from school) is there so she has someone she knows to practice with. Tonya the bitchy ballerina is giving Jade a hard time. |

Gypsy meets Patrick who's attending TAFE and goes on a date with him; when they came back, she was beaming. She told Sally it was a lovely night, kisses and all. Jade's taken a liking to new boy David. Kirsty and Nick also like him but Duncan doesn't and Jade and Duncan's relationship is strained because of his jealousy. David's a nice boy, so why did he react strangely when he found out Jade and Duncan were trapped during the mudslide? Fisher's not sure he's made the right decision about the common room, but he's letting it remain intact. Brodie's relieved as she was convinced he'd shut it down. It might have something to do with Fisher overhearing Brodie telling the kids to lay off Dani. The whole school's shocked and not sure how to approach the Dani subject. Many of the kids at school think she led Kane on. Nobody knows what to say. Will is even more confused after she blamed herself. He has no idea what's going on. Dani's not sure if Kane realized she was resisting him. She feels it's her fault because she was attracted to Kane. Dani has also decided not to go through with the court case. |

While Ash finishes elaborate police preparations, Johnny tells Rocco -whose stress becomes unbearable after Cassie told Sal she saw Rocco talking to his criminal brother- the hit is to be at eight, but on the night tells the gang he changed the venue from the bank to a Yabby Creek warehouse. Sal has discovered her bank account is emptied and finds the heist plan in Rocco's room... Johny tells his brother he won't survive his 'treason'. Mathilda is dumb enough to sniffle when forced to quote Rick's 'I'll kill him'. As a last resort, defense counsel Morag makes Rick take the stand, but the prosecutor gets the better of him, albeit 'stricken from the record', at best grounds for an appeal. Colleen's story about a stranger asking for Kylie makes him realize it's her evil husband Shane's doing, so he alerts Sergeant Darren McGrath's men to help look while she runs in the bush with Shane's goon on her heels. Jack is back in the Yabbee Creek constabulary, but sergeant Darren McGrath puts him on customary desk duty for the first weeks; Tony brings him lunch and sees worried he's trying to track Rory and Sam, at least for a proper goodbye. Kim worries about Kit and James, then finds their weed and scolds the risks, especially for his unborn child; Kit makes James promise to stop blowing. Jack gets a credit-card report and finds the pair in hiding; Sam promises to return as soon as Shane is out of the way. In this mournful mood, frustrated Jack tells McGrath to stick it when scolded for clerical sloth; after a talk to Tony he grovels and gets another chance. |

Angry visits from rick, stopped from physically fighting by the men, and Jack who just warns cam he'll keep his eye on him, just succeed in driving her back in his arms and at the pole. Next day Peter is happy Drew and Ryan will stand by him at the wedding, but Ethan is lurking around while they pronounce their vows and yes, then divulges his 'wedding gift' under every seat: a most compromising picture. |

Peter's car has crashed into Amanda's - he's alright but she unconscious. Brad's gang was in the diner but joins Peter in hospital, where present conflicts are put aside, including Drew and Belle's fight too. Although Amanda's prognosis is surprisingly good her blood alcohol level is high and Peter is no longer sympathetic. Alf is home early, having managed to repatriate his sister Celia, whose mental condition still worries him. The truth about Cam's club gets the niece an eviction notice (revoked after a talk to Sam). Alf is soon face to face with the shirtless Cam, who hoped in vain to be believed as a fellow businessman. |

Sgt. Darren McGrath is investigating the disappearance of drugs from Martha's files. Jack has no choice but to lie to his face, while Cam clearly guesses the game now he's let off the hook, like Martha, who finally thanks Jack 'whether you did or not'. Kit's contractions are real this time; an accident caused a major detour on their way to hospital where Dr. Hugh Sullivan is on duty. Kim has to take a rough road, then gets a flat tire; the baby can't wait that long. Tony keeps the home front quiet while Rick drives to the hospital, unsuspecting. When he arrives first, Alf guesses what happened and drives after Kim, finding Kit unconscious and brings them in, it's a boy, Kim's son.
