I have not seen this episode for years until recently. Freddy does a job at presenting the evening's story, but he's not as good as the Crypt Keeper. The stories are at best cheesy, but the Halloween episode was one of the best. If you like the old Freddy Krueger (Pre-New Nightmare)when he made all the wise cracks about the victims in the episodes you'll like this short lived series. Actually, you can rent these videos at just about any Block Buster or you can buy them dirt cheap at Sun Coast Video. They are worth watching if there is nothing else on TV.
