Did You Know?

Trivia:
Part of a cycle of American cop comedies that got made after the box-office success of Police Academy (1984). The films include that movie's numerous sequels, Feds (1988), Recruits (1986), Off Beat (1986), Night Patrol (1984), Moving Violations (1985) and Hollywood Vice Squad (1986). Stewardess School (1986) 's production and content was influenced by Police Academy (1984) though the characters were not police recruits training but airline stewardesses training at the "Wiedermeyer Academy".See more »
Goofs:
Revealing mistakes: At he beginning of the movie, Cindy Adams' parents, who force her to go to Stewardess school are on the plane as passengers at the end of the movie without being mentioned in the story. They are visible when Donnie Most is carrying the "portable microwave".See more »
Quotes:
Poodle Lady:[to her poodle] Oh, now, Poofy, don't you be a naughty girl.
George Bunkle:I'm sorry Madam, but you'll have to put your Poofy in the box.

A Classic USA's Up All Night Film!!!, 9 September 1999

This is a must see if you watch USA's Up All Night with Gilbert Godfried & Rhonda. Simply put, it's a corn-ball movie with sex as a major theme. However, this movie contains one of the funniest scenes ever. Wendy Jo Sperber finds a a bomb on the plane. After it detonates, she uses her large "behind" to plug the hole until the plane lands. Highly unrealistic but truly original.
