Continuity 

During the scene where the police chase the bad guys where they're shooting at each other; one of the police officer fires and hits the bad guy's car rear tail light. But in the next scene as the car zooms by both tail lights are perfectly intact. And then in the later scenes the tail light's smashed again.

When the FBI agent is briefing the cops about the stakeout, he says, "We have secured an apartment across the street." When the cops first show up for the stakeout the place they go into is a house not an apartment. There are no apartments in the area when there is a chase scene later in the movie.

Crew or equipment visible 

When the police car goes over the embankment and starts to roll, you can see the crew standing underneath the bridge. They are dressed in blue and red jackets

Errors in geography 

During the first arrest at the fish processing plant, mountain peaks are visible close to the downtown Seattle area. There are no mountain peaks adjacent to downtown Seattle. Mount Rainier is sometimes visible in the distance, but it is about a two to three hour drive from downtown Seattle.

Revealing mistakes 

When the rear window of the convict's car is shot out by the police it is obvious that the window is shattered with a hammer from inside the car.
