The couple celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary Monday and the actor took to his Instagram to send a sweet message to his wife after almost three decades together and two kids — Travis, 28, and Susie, 25.

Happy day to my life love,” Bacon wrote alongside a throwback picture of the two of them, adding the hashtag #29years.

The I Love Dick actor also shared another blast from the past of the couple and added a sweet shoutout to two of their late dogs, Tybalt and Jane.

Sony TV's Tiny Pop channel acquires Essential's Sydney Sailboat kids series

Sony Pictures Television.s Tiny Pop TV channel has acquired Essential Media's preschool series Sydney Sailboat.

The deal was brokered by international distrib Raydar Media for multiple territories including the UK, Ireland, South Africa and fifty other pan-African territories.

Formerly known as Bubble Bath Bay and rebranded for the international market last year, the series is currently screening on NBC Sprout in the Us and returns to ABC Kids on April 4.

It runs for fifty-two episodes of eleven minutes each.

Head of Family Carmel Travers said that Essential was "thrilled that young children in these new territories will discover Sydney Sailboat and are confident the Tiny Pop audiences will engage enthusiastically with the universal characters and storylines".

Sydney Sailboat was commissioned by ABC Kids in Australia and is an international co-production between Australia, Malaysia and Ireland.

The show was produced by Carmel Travers, and directed by Steve Trenbirth.

NBC acquires Sydney Sailboat

Essential Media and Entertainment has struck a Us broadcast deal for its hit pre-school animation series Bubble Bath Bay.

The deal, brokered by distributor Bejuba! Entertainment, will see the series shown in the Us under the title, Sydney Sailboat on NBC Kids Sprout!

The animated CGI series premiered on ABC Kids earlier in the year.

It was produced by Essential Media and Entertainment in association with Shambles Communications, Ideate Media, Telegael Teoranta and Lemon Sky.

The series was commissioned by ABC Kids.

Executive producers for Essential Media and Entertainment are Carmel Travers, and Chris Hilton, for Ideate Media, Zainir Aminullah, and for Telegael Ireland Paul Cummins. The series creator is Gareth Eden-Styche.

Andrew Beacham acquired the series for NBC Kids. .

Essential Media and Entertainment, head of kids and family, Carmel Travers, said NBC Sprout had always been the target North American Broadcast.

As anyone who's seen Footloose can attest, Kevin Bacon is truly a romantic. Between his million acting projects, the ubiquitous actor took to Twitter to mark his 9,855 days (that's 1,404 weeks) of marriage to actress Kyra Sedgwick. And people say romance is dead, or that 27-year Hollywood marriages are impossible. (Also, for those playing Six Degrees at home, Sedgwick starred with Bacon in the 1988 drama, Lemon Sky.)

Lanford Wilson's 'Lemon Sky' revived off-Broadway

If only Lanford Wilson's autobiographical "Lemon Sky" were completely of its time, in 1950s suburbia.

If only young gay men didn't have to hide who they are and be shunned by their parents, then this could be seen as a snapshot of an uglier time.

Yet this play about coming of age and being gay in San Diego in the 1950s remains relevant. Wilson, who died this year, was a Pulitzer winner, one of the founders of the off-off-Broadway scene and wrote many plays including "The Hot L Baltimore," "5th of July" and "Balm in Gilead." The Keen Company mounts the revival of "Lemon Sky" at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row, and when Wilson's work is staged, there's reason to pay attention.

HollywoodNews.com: Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick met and fell in love on the set of the movie ‘Lemon Sky.’ He was already a big star from ‘Footloose’ and ‘Diner’ and she was soon on her way.

They have now been married for 22 years, have two kids and are two of the most successful actors in the business. Kyra won the Emmy in September for her TNT series ‘The Closer’ and Kevin won both the Golden Globe and the Screen Actors Guild Award this year for his performance in the HBO film ‘Taking Chance.’
