Two policemen on patrol discover a pair of robbers who have broken into a TV shop and have delayed robbing the store to watch a film being broadcast. The cops too are captivated by the film and their blunder allows the criminals to escape. Fired from the force, the policemen decide to form a street-performance troupe, just like the one they saw in the film.
