Sex & Nudity

There is a brief montage of clips pertaining to the culture and way of life for the Vietnamese. In one clip three young Vietnamese boys playing naked in some water. In another scene, a young boy with no pants can be seen, his genitals are shown for a split second.

A subplot of the movie pertains to Adrian's desire to date/be with a Vietnamese girl. Many of the discussions pertaining to this include several crass remarks on female anatomy. One of Adrian's on-air jokes relates the "Hot and wet" environment of South Vietnam to that of ideal conditions if your are "in a woman".

A man tells a stuck up Sargent Major that he is in dire need of a "blow job"

Violence & Gore

Several explosions; Very little blood is shown. Several dead bodies are viewed as well as a distant glimpse of several "enemy" Vietnamese being gunned down.

Several scene take place in a Vietnamese bar; which includes plenty of alcohol. Soldiers are seen smoking and with packs tucked in their helmets. Brief references to Marijuana being grown in Vietnam as well as a falsified splicing together of an audio clip which makes it sound like Richard Nixon smokes marijunana and plans to smuggle it out of the country.
