Suggested MPAA rating: R for language and violence

No real nudity.

Make-out scenes.

The walls on the belly dancer show have very crude (but cartoony) pictures of semi-nude belly dancers.

A teenage boy gropes a teenage girl's breast.

Not very graphic violence, but intense violent scenes.

A woman gets bitten several times in the hands and pinned down while another ghoulie kills her with a straight razor offscreen. (Onscreen In R-rated version) Her dead body is later found, falling out of a casket.

A man gets knocked into a vat of acid. His bloody skull is seen floating to the top.

A guy gets his stomach sliced open as a bladed pendulem slowly decends upon him. His actual death is offscreen. (Onscreen in the R-rated version)

A man is electrocuted and dies.

A clown gets his arm bit off, with the bloody stump shown.

A woman gets run over with bumper cars. Not graphic.

A man sits on a toilet, with a ghoulie inside of it, and it is implied that he was attacked and bitten.

A giant ghoulie is seen eating the smaller ones.

The Ghoulies are shot at or hit by humans many times. But never seem to be injured.

A person missing an arm is seen. Graphic.

None of the language is edited out in the PG-13 cut.

5 or 6 uses of the "f" word along with load of minor obscenities.

Mother f**K said once. (In both versions, even the PG-13 version)

Some drinking is seen from the parting teens.

a man is seen drunk alot

The film isn't really that frightening, the ghoulies themselves may be frightening to a younger audience, but the last 20 minutes of the film is really intense and violent. There are also some intense murder scenes throughout the rest of the film.

A man is almost cut in half.

A woman almost falls off a ride.

Total Content advisory: 27/50- This film has lots of raw content. 14+.
