Gibson was diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia when he was just 6 days old after suffering an adrenal crisis episode. According to his mom Heather, his body does not produce cortisol or salt, which helps with stress, injury and illness, and doctors are unsure about his

Strengthened by memories and dreams of the love of his mother, he begins a

‘Big Mouth’: All Hail the Hormone Monsters, The Only Creatures Nasty Enough to Tell the Truth About Puberty

With all due respect to Andrew (John Mulaney), Nick (Nick Kroll), and Jessi (Jessi Klein) the Hormone Monsters are the main characters of “Big Mouth.” Think about it: This is their story. The new Netflix comedy explores how Maurice (Kroll) and Connie (Maya Rudolph) manipulate the minds and torture the bodies of pubescent junior high children. It’s a horror show — a funny horror show, but a horror show nonetheless — and they’re the big scary monsters freaking everybody out. Sure, they’re figments of Andrew and Jessi’s imaginations, but what’s a story of puberty without monstrous hormones? (You know, other than this.)

Maurice gets things going from the very first scene. As Andrew tries to learn about the female reproductive system in health class, suddenly out pops a horned, yellow thing with brown hair, a sagging chest, and a dick for a nose. “Did someone say ‘vagina

TLC’s New Show About an Australian Energy Healer Could Make You a Believer
He’s a miracle worker!

Charlie Goldsmith isn’t your average handsome Australian man with a television show; he’s an energy healer with a very special gift — and his new show The Healer premieres on TLC Nov. 6.

“When I focus my energy on somebody’s issue, often the state of that issue will rapidly change,” Goldsmith says in People’s exclusive first look at the show. “I’ve helped a lot of people with infections, a lot of people with viruses, with significant pain that pain killers haven’t even improved.”

“I call it a gift, but the gift isn’t for me,

12 Rom-Com Spoofs You Have to Watch Again (and Again)
Everyone loves curling up with a good love story, but every now and then it’s just as much fun to have a laugh at romance movies’ grandiose depictions of relationships.

Below, twelve times comedians played around with our favorite romance films — and made us love them even more.

La La Land: Emma Stone & Ryan Gosling

Stone joined the Saturday Night Live host for a very important reason: to make fun of their Oscar-winning movie, La La Land. A self-deprecating Gosling parodied his character from the whimsical musical during his monologue, telling the audience all about how he “saved jazz.

They'll be back: are reissues of familiar favourites crowding out hard-to-find classics?

Terminator 2, Dirty Dancing and The Silence of the Lambs are all set for cinema runs – but are brilliant older films in danger of permanent eclipse?

The Terminator dies. Baby pulls off a perfect 10 lift. Hannibal Lecter escapes (albeit wearing a giveaway wig that screams psychopath-on-the-lam). No spoiler alerts are necessary for the endings of Terminator 2, Dirty Dancing or The Silence of the Lambs. You’ve either seen them umpteen times already or you know them by osmosis, from the memes and the YouTube clips. I’m sure even Jacob Rees-Mogg can do a fair to middling “Hasta la vista, baby”. So why is this trio of old faves getting cinema comebacks in 2017?

Rereleases have always been a fixture on the calendar. They give audiences the chance to see gold-plated masterpieces back on the big screen where they belong. As a teenager, I watched my dad’s VHS tape of The Shining

‘The Voice’ Coaches on the ‘Chair-Turning’ Moments That Launched Their Careers (Watch)

‘The Voice’ Coaches on the ‘Chair-Turning’ Moments That Launched Their Careers (Watch)
Although most fans know Jennifer Hudson from “American Idol,” the newest coach to join “The Voice” doesn’t consider performing on the Fox show the show to be her biggest “chair turning moment.”

“I was seventh place,” Hudson says in a video tease ahead of the show’s Sept. 25 premiere on NBC. “I consider that not a big break, but a great opportunity.” But going home, she confesses, wasn’t easy. “When you are eliminated you think it’s over,” adds Hudson. Not surprisingly, she considers her breakthrough moment to have come two years later when she was cast as Effie in the movie, “Dreamgirls.” She would go on to win an Academy Award for the role. “If that’s not the biggest break, I don’t know what is honey,” Hudson cracks.

With “The Voice” fresh off of an Emmy win for Best Reality Competition, season 13’s current coaches, Blake Shelton

‘Don’t Talk to Irene’: Film Review | Tiff 2017
In an interview just before he began shooting his sophomore feature, filmmaker Pat Mills dubbed it “Dirty Dancing meets Cocoon for girls with low self-esteem.” As droll loglines go, that’s a pretty accurate capsule description of Don’t Talk to Irene, which brings together teen misfits and cast-off seniors for a nasty-wholesome empowerment romp. The knack for biting dialogue that Mills brought to Guidance is still evident, although his new effort can’t match the bracing sting of his wickedly funny debut, which revolved around the filmmaker’s delirious performance as a role model so bad he was good.

Theatre Review: Dirty Dancing (UK Tour 2017)

Dirty Dancing review (UK Tour 2017): The time of your life in a night of dancing.

Dirty Dancing review by Katey Thompson, New Victoria Theatre, Woking.

Dirty Dancing has arrived in Woking and the enormous amount of passion and professionalism of the cast could not be doubted. The show is based on the film of the same name and set during the summer of 1963 at the Kellermans Hotel .

Baby, played by Katie Eccles is on holiday with her family when she finds herself torn between her love for her father (Julian Harries) and her lover boy Johnny Castle who is superbly played by Lewis Griffiths, whose physic and dancing skill drew wolf whistles from the audience. Katie Eccles depiction of Baby is brilliant and you certainly feel the passion between the two actors. Michael Kent and Sophie Mackay sung several solos and duets throughout the show and were fantastic to listen to.

The Dirty Dancing Edition of He-Man and Skeletor

He-Man and Skeletor must have gone to counseling sometime in the past since re-enacting the final scene from Dirty Dancing was one of the last things I would have ever seen them doing together. It’s poetic in a way, but also kind of disturbing. The first disturbing part is that He-Man is walking around in his full, um, full, well…… Sorry, had to stop laughing long enough to really get this out. He-Man is walking around in his battle gear, let’s face it there’s nothing full about it, on the hunt for Skeletor. Once he enters the bar he finds
