Storyline

When a window-washer falls to his death from the side of a Barcelona high-rise office building (also killing an unsuspecting pedestrian), security consultant Dennis Randall is called in to investigate. Although he first believes the deaths to be accidental, he soon comes to realize that some strange force is at work inside the building. What could be causing these accidents? More importantly, is there any way it can be stopped? Written by Jean-Marc Rocher <rocher@fiberbit.net>

I had hoped that Barcelona would look better than this (or that I could at least hear Catalan spoken)

Typical story of a building containing an evil spirit. In this case, the edifice in question is a Barcelona skyscraper representing a foreign bank. There are a few grisly deaths and slowly but surely we learn the history.

I've often known Barcelona as probably the second most significant city in Spain behind Madrid: obviously it has Gaudi's designs, is the center of Catalan culture, and was the main Loyalist stronghold in the Spanish Civil War. So why is it merely the setting of a horror flick about a haunted office building? Well, whatever the deal is, I don't recommend this one (but it's not terrible). Starring Michael Moriarty, Jenny Agutter, Theodore Bikel, Carol Lynley, Kevin McCarthy and Anne Lockhart.
