In the opening scene, the prosecutor asks Dean Karny to read Joe Hunt's "To Do at Levin's" list out loud. But the list, which is seen on camera, is a little different than the way Karny recites it.
When Hunt jumps from the roof into the pool, it's shown in slow motion, and it's an obvious stuntman for actor Judd Nelson.
Hunt says he eschews alcohol, coffee, and drugs to stay sharp, intimating that they all should, yet in a subsequent scene at a restaurant, he says it's important to know a wine list.
