This is a true story about a woman, accustomed to living beyond her means, who manipulates her sons into helping her kill her strict parents. It was produced around the same time as "Nutcracker: Money, Murder, Madness" which covers the same ground, and was based on the Shana Alexander true-crime bestseller. Because of that, and because Lee Remick starred in that film, it probably got more attention; quality-wise, however, the viewer could probably flip a coin.
