Sex /Nudity throughout much of this film

A man and a prostitute have sex in a car and the woman sticks her head and breasts out the car's window, while a man is video recording them on a vhs tape. Sam watches the vhs tape, Chief Benton watches the vhs tape, Carol and Earl play the vhs tape in an electronics store.

Carol (exotic attire) and Earl are shown in bed together in two separate scenes.

An instance of talk (not clear though) about prison rape.

Except for the opening title sequence, none of the violence is graphic.
