When Jack starts chasing Gypsy's car after he sees him in the city, he is wearing a thin grey top and a black waistcoat. However, at the point he loses the car at the lights the camera cuts to him wearing a grey knitted sweater and no grey top. In the very next scene he is back wearing the grey top and waistcoat.

Errors in geography
This film was obviously filmed in NYC but many scenes particularly the race scene was in San Francisco, others in Los Angeles, and there are plenty of California plate shots.

When Jack hits the Taxi and falls the license plate on the Taxi clearly says California.

Revealing mistakes
The very first time we see Jack on his bike is a reversed shot. The text on the sign Grand, Olive St and Trans Am on the car are all backwards.
