Continuity

Jackie's hair grows between shots in the beginning between stealing the sword and sliding down the hill. This was due to an accident he suffered while filming early scenes for the film, which left him with a small hole in one side of his head. His hair has remained reasonably long in most of his subsequent films.

In the beginning when Jackie slides down from one rock to another, he has gloves on which disappear and reappear in subsequent shots.

Crew or equipment visible

When Jackie jumps over the two bridges you can see the camera mounted to the left side of his car.

Errors in geography

The scenes supposedly shot in some (probably) African country in the beginning of the movie were actually shot near Postojna castle, Slovenia, just like the castle-monastery part of the movie. The only difference is that those scenes were shot below the castle.

Factual errors

The Armor of God is said to have been carried by King Arthur in the Crusades. King Richard the Lionhearted was in the Crusades, not King Arthur.

Revealing mistakes

At the end where The Asian Hawk is supposedly jumping onto a balloon floating thousands of metres in the air, just as he lands on it, a tree is clearly visible in the background on the same level as the balloon.

One of the Amazons (actually a male stunt double) can be seen wearing white tennis shoes instead of black heels in a scene where JC knocks her/him to the ground.

Obvious stunt doubles, for the monks, and hilariously for the three women at the end, who are obviously men dressed in stockings and ill-fitting body suits, with tacky wigs.

In many of the wide shots of the chase sequence, especially after the explosion, you can clearly see that only one person (the stunt driver) sits in the car.
