Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

One brief nudity of a german soldier's breast.

A young girl is thrown into a truck full of soldiers; her screams imply she is being raped.

A couple of verbal references.

Violence & Gore

Very graphic war violence throughout; many times children are involved.

Profanity

Most of the dialogue in this film is in Russian, the rest is in German.

1 f-word. Very few mild obscenities after that.

Not anything too heavy.

Some German soldiers tell people to leave their children in a barn, they then set fire to it and let the children burn to death inside.

Children are hurt by soldiers.(As is said in the violence/gore section)

The main character temporarily goes deaf and insane. Those with a weak state of mind should not watch this film.
