Sex & Nudity

  • There's a nude painting at an art gallery. Lasts for about 2 seconds.
  • A woman is seen nude in a bathroom briefly from a distance. Only for about 2 seconds only her waist up .
  • A man and woman are in bed together. They are shown neck up. The woman touches the man's chest and they kiss.
  • There's the old joke "When do you get off" "five o'clock" "Not without me you don't."
  • A woman lets a male friend into her room wearing only an unbuttoned shirt (nothing underneath) and slightly translucent white panties. The man grabs and threatens her briefly.
  • As part of a con Eddie and Carmen kiss.
  • A man worries about his girlfriend's presence in a seedy pool hall, commenting that "half the guys in here are probably rapists." She then counters that maybe he's in danger because he's a "pretty boy".
  • After a man gets a bloody lip in a fight his girlfriend comments that he "looks sexy".
  • Near the end Vincent and Carmen come by Eddie's hotel room. Eddie and Janelle are wearing bathrobes.

Violence & Gore

  • There is a brief scuffle at a pool hall and a man is kicked in the groin.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • There are several scenes taking place in bars where people are drinking and smoking.
  • Some casual drinking. Eddie is a liquor salesman and has an opening monologue trying to sell some of his liquor. Cigarettes in an ashtray are also shown.
  • Cigarette smoking by various characters, including frequent smoking by one of the main characters.
  • Eddie references people playing pool on amphetamines.
  • A minor character is a cocaine user and there's a couple of references about him wiping his nose after having snorted coke.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There is nothing frightening or scary in this movie.
