If you are looking for serious plot and story, this is not for you. Made in 1986, it is just a nice little story about looking for love in all the wrong places and finding it just around the corner...down the hall...sitting on your front steps....... Michael McKean was a cute guy in those days (as were most of us in our younger days)and made a good love interest. Stephanie Farucy as Katie was also in Hocus, Pocus, among other things. She has a prize-winning smile. Dinah Manoff will also be remembered for playing Marty in Grease... She made the perfect match-maker in this movie who also made a good match of her own. If you can find it, you will be lucky. I got it years ago from Lifetime and am always hoping it will come back again.
