Usher sat down with Oprah on 'Oprah's Next Chapter' to discuss the recent passing of his stepson, Kile, states UsMagazine.com. "I miss Kile. We cooked together, we laughed, we sang. He loved to sing and dance. He loved to tell jokes," Usher commented. He also cleared up some rumors surrounding the matter: "It hurts me to hear people speculating that I wasn't at the funeral. Usher’s Ex Tameka Foster Denied Retrial In Custody Case

17 September 2012 6:58 AM, PDT | HollywoodLife | See recent HollywoodLife news »

After Usher gained primary custody of his two boys, his ex-wife Tameka has been pushing for a retrial. The judge shot down her request -- read on for more details. The custody saga between Usher and his ex Tameka Foster is temporarily on hold as she was denied a retrial in the custody hearing over their two boys, Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3. Usher won full custody of their boys on Aug. 24, but Tameka won't stop fighting the decision. Tameka filed papers earlier in September asking for a motion to retrial, claiming the judge on the case was biased because Usher's lawyer donated money to her reelection campaign, TMZ is reporting. However, the judge denied the motion, claiming that the campaign donations were public knowledge since 2008 and if Tameka cared enough to look into that, she should have done so before the initial trial. Usher: I Have Sex To My Music

17 September 2012 6:01 AM, PDT | TheInsider.com | See recent The Insider news »

Usher talked love, marriage and the tragic passing of his stepson Kile on last night's episode of Oprah's Next Chapter, but in between all the heavy conversation were some delightfully light moments -- and one in particular has me doing some digging.

Video - Usher Gets Shirtless ... Again!

Oprah asked Usher if he ever has made love to his own music. "Some may say this is rather narcissistic," Usher said after pausing for a brief second before adding, "but yea."

Video - More From Usher's Oprah Interview

But now that we know the answer, all I can think about is the possible track listing Usher prefers to knock boots to. Does he like it smooth and mellow or upbeat and dance-y? After (waaaaay toooo much) some thought, here are the top 5 songs I bet you Usher has moved his hips to in more than one way!

Usher To Oprah: Kile Was A Great Part Of My Life

16 September 2012 9:15 PM, PDT | HollywoodLife | See recent HollywoodLife news »

The R&B superstar opened up on 'Oprah's Next Chapter,' and revealed for the first time what led to the breakdown of his marriage to Tameka, and how he feels about having full custody of his boys. Read on to find out what he said. Usher has remained extremely private about his personal life, especially about his two-year marriage to his ex-wife Tameka Foster and the subsequent three-year custody battle, until he spoke to Oprah on Oprah's Next Chapter on Sept. 16. When asked about how he feels about the custody decision, which awarded him full custody of his two boys Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3, Usher said he understood why people are surprised. "Some people are happy, and other people are surprised I think maybe because they would assume the mother would be the primary custodian," he said, but insisted the judge based her opinion on facts and the facts they presented. »

Elizabeth Olsen: 'I never got a job because of my sisters'

14 September 2012 4:07 PM, PDT | The Guardian - Film News | See recent The Guardian - Film News news »

No longer 'the third twin' to child fashion moguls Ashley and Mary-Kate, Elizabeth Olsen is making a name for herself as a rising star in Hollywood. And nepotism has nothing to do with it, she says

It's day seven of a debilitating August heatwave in Los Angeles, but Elizabeth Olsen – deftly put together in an Annie Hall outfit of white shirt, light, puffy skirt and secondhand sleeveless vest ("I don't know what this thing is... but it cost three dollars!") – looks freezer-fresh. Blond-brown hair that should be stringy, damp and shapeless instead bounces against her round cheeks. Her face – like her physique – is marginally fuller than the rail-thin look favoured by her famous older twin sisters, the tween-moguls Ashley and Mary-Kate.

No one had heard of Elizabeth Olsen before Sundance 2011, when she took the festival by storm playing an escaped cult member in Sean Durkin's unsettling indie drama Martha Marcy May Marlene. »

Q&A: Jenna Dewan-Tatum Takes Us Back in Time for '10 Years'

14 September 2012 9:00 AM, PDT | NextMovie | See recent NextMovie news »

Jenna Dewan-Tatum danced into Hollywood (literally) back in 2006, when she starred opposite heartthrob — and her future husband — Channing Tatum in "Step Up." Since then, she's been hard at work, appearing in everything from romantic thrillers, like "Falling Awake," to the defunct TV series "The Playboy Club."

After some time apart (professionally), however, she and Mr. Tatum have teamed up again, returning to the silver screen as a couple teetering on the brink of engagement in "10 Years." Penned by Jamie Linden, the scribe who brought the Channing-starrer "Dear John" to life, this romantic dramedy follows a group of high school friends the night of their 10-year reunion, as they discover they might not be as grown up as they'd like to believe.

So, is Jenna Dewan-Tatum all grown up... or what? She chatted with us about how she's changed since high school, what it was like playing her husband's girlfriend and »

On Sept. 16, Usher will finally talk for the first time about his famous custody dispute, and the agonizing proceedings that took place, including his own breakdown in court. Oprah Winfrey goes back in time to meet the Reagans

12 September 2012 4:05 PM, PDT | The Guardian - Film News | See recent The Guardian - Film News news »

The chatshow queen is to appear in a biography of President Ronald Reagan, and is obviously excited at the prospect

At first sight, it may look like a particularly well thought-out 80s-themed party costume, but Oprah Winfrey's Joan Collins impression is all in the name of art. The chatshow host and occasional actor posted this Instagram picture of herself along with director Lee Daniels, Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan, and an unrecognisable Alan Rickman as President Ronald Reagan. The shoulder-padded quartet were photographed during filming for The Butler, which is based on the story of White House steward Eugene Allen, who served eight presidents during the course of his career. Winfrey plays Allen's wife Helene, but the notoriously leftwing Fonda was a controversial choice for the Republican first lady.

. Ja from Mnpp here. I saw this picture on the little TV inside my office building's elevator of all places this afternoon, so I suppose it's making the rounds. Oprah posted it to Instagram (doesn't she know you're supposed to make something look like a weathered daguerreotype pulled from under piles of dirt and bones if you use Instragam?) - it is O herself alongside director Lee Daniels, with Jane Fonda and Alan Rickman giving us our first look-see at their Nancy and Ronald Reagan drag for Daniels' next flick called The Butler. The movie's about a man (played by Forest Whitaker) who was a butler at the White House over the course of eight different presidencies. We'll also be seeing James Mardsen as JFK and John Cusack as Nixon, amongst others.  . What do we think of the Reagans?  I think Rickman's expression is especially priceless. . »

Six to watch: comedy guest stars

12 September 2012 8:51 AM, PDT | The Guardian - TV News | See recent The Guardian - TV News news »

Ahead of 30 Rock's final season we look at the greatest comedy appearances, from Cher to Noel Fielding. Anyone we've missed?

It's a show known for its great guest star appearances. There are the top-billing megastars who reveal another side to themselves on the show – Oprah as Liz Lemon's exaggerated, hallucinatory 'Opraaaah', Jennifer Aniston's intensely obsessive Claire, Carrie Fisher's washed up writer Rosemary and Liz's very own Ghost Of Christmas Future. The repeat-appearance kooks – Will Arnett's Devon Banks and Marceline Hugot's Kathy Geiss – and the one-off show stealers (Wayne Brady as Liz's dull date). And yet somehow 30 Rock has a way of not making its guest stars seem perfunctory or like window dressing.

So the excitement surrounding the guest-star list for 30 Rock's final season, which begins airing in the Us at the beginning of next month, is understandable. Leaks suggest it might include Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston »

When you're on the comeback trail, I'm not sure it's best to align yourself with Nic Cage, but William Friedkin (Killer Joe, The French Connection) might give it a shot anyway. The director is in negotiations for the Lionsgate thriller I Am Wrath, which stars Cage as an everyman-turned-vigilante who discovers a thick plot of police corruption after the murder of his wife. Turns out he'll have to find justice on his own. I don't think I could come up with a more stock action-thriller plot description if I tried, but we'll see if Friedkin can do anything with it. Jane As Nancy and Rickman As Ronald Reagan In The Butler.

Here is our first look at Jane Fonda and Alan Rickman as Nancy and Ronal Reagan in The Butler.

Yes, it seems the legendary thesps like it in The Butler. Here they are in character, partying with co-star Oprah Winfrey and director Lee Daniels, whist filming what will surely be a very prestigious film.

The Butler stars Forest Whitaker as Cecil Gaines (based on real life butler Eugene Allen) and Oprah as his wife, Gloria. Allen worked at the White House through eight presidencies, from Dwight ‘Ike’ Eisenhower (Robin Williams) through JFK (James Marsden), Lyndon B. Johnson (Live Schreiber) to Richard Nixon (John Cusack. For reals) among others.

Also among Daniels’ all-star cast are current whiz kid Alex Pettyfer, hard hitter Melissa Leo, hard rocker Lenny Kravitz, hard to watch Mariah Carey, the ever reliable Cuba Gooding Jr, the less reliable Terence Howard, the ever badass Vanessa Redgrave and David Oyelowo, »

Oprah Tweets Photos From The Butler Set

Lee "Precious" Daniels is currently shooting his latest film, The Butler, and as it features a performance from Oprah, you can bet your life that she's posted on set pictures from it onto her Instagram account. Telling the story of a character inspired by real-life White House butler Eugene Allen – the man who waited on nearly a dozen presidents during his lifetime, from Harry Truman in 1952 to Ronald Reagan in 1986 – it stars Forest Whitaker as the lead, Cecil Gaines, supported by some other pretty heavy duty acting talent. In the Leaders Of The Free World department, John Cusack is Nixon, Robin Williams is Eisenhower, James Marsden is JFK and, as you can clearly see from the photo below, Alan Rickman is Ronald Reagan and Jane Fonda is his wife, Nancy.Well, perhaps 'clearly' isn't the right word. Just to confirm, the Reagan lookalike on the right is Alan Rickman. As in Hans Gruber, »
