According to a recent report from Cinemablend, The Flash season 4 crew has gone and rehired actress Britne Oldford to come back and reprise her role as villain Shawna "Peek-a-Boo" Baez (above)! It’s believed that she will once again cause some major problems for Team Flash. The last time we saw her in action was way back in the 12th episode of the very first season which was labeled, “Crazy For You." Barry aka The Flash was eventually able to put her madness to an end by taking out all the lights in the city which halted her teleportation abilities. From there, she was imprisoned within the power-muting pipeline with all the other villains. However, in episode 22 of that same season, it was revealed that Peek-a-Boo was set free after characters Leonard Snart and Lisa Snart attacked the truck that was hauling the meta-villains away from S.T.A.R. »

Matthew Modine, who is recently known for his role in Stranger Things was a very big movie star in the 80s. Starring in movies like Vision Quest, Gross Anatomy, and plenty of others solidified has status as Hollywood Elite. Perhaps his most well known role during that decade was that of Private Joker in the classic film Full Metal Jacket which was directed by Stanley Kubrick. As it turns out Modine documented the film by taking pictures over its two year-production. Now Modine will be selling those photos. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Purple Heart Foundation, which

[[tmz:video id="0_vdyim70v"]] Matthew Modine says Nate Diaz personally told him that his 1985 wrestling flick "Vision Quest" inspired him to become a pro fighter ... how cool is that!? Modine -- who starred as high school wrestler Loudon Swain in the movie -- ran into Diaz in L.A. last week and said the meeting was a "throwback because [Nate] was inspired by 'Vision Quest.'" "He trained really hard as a young fighter and like so many young »

What would you do if you were trapped in a cage deep into the ocean, surrounded by a handful of great white sharks? It’s a terrifying prospect, and ever since Jaws hit theaters back in the ‘70s, moviegoers have been fascinating with the danger surrounding sharks.
In the film 47 Meters Down, we see two women get trapped in such a circumstance. Will they stay calm, collected, and find a way out of this mess, or will they succumb to the forces of the sea? That remains to be seen.
Recently, Lrm had the opportunity to attend a press junket, and while there, we had the opportunity to attend a roundtable with several other outlets, and speak with co-stars of the film Matthew Modine and Yani Gellman, who play the characters Captain Taylor and Louis, respectively. I’ve already been very clear about how strongly I feel about the movie Vision Quest. It’s one of my favorite movies of all-time and should be on anyone’s list who hasn’t seen it yet. The movie not only contains one of my favorite motivational scenes in any film (the “it ain’t the six minutes, it’s what happens in that six minutes” scene), an appearance by Madonna, one of my top five favorite uses of a song in any movie (Lunatic Fringe by Red Rider) but it’s also got one of the best sports movie villains as well as an appearance
Great Uses of Songs in Movies: Journey’s “Only the Young” in “Vision Quest” »

In my continuing saga of giving praise to movies that use music perfectly, today we’re going with “Lunatic Fringe” by Red Rider used in the movie Vision Quest. P.S. the song “Only the Young” by Journey is also incredibly well used in this movie but let’s get back to the 1981 classic rock song “Lunatic Fringe.” For those of you who have seen Vision Quest then you know what I’m talking about. For those of you who haven’t, leave the room right now and go watch Vision Quest. It’s one of my favorite movies of all-time and it’ll always be.

Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn brought their twin daughters, Dolly and Charlie, to the grand opening party for WeVillage in La on Saturday. The foursome flashed sweet smiles for photographers and were as cute as can be as they made their way down the red carpet. Thrilled and proud to (finally!) announce the opening of @WeVillage flexible childcare that is about to revolutionize child care in Los Angeles. First of all I’d like to point out that Vision Quest is one of my favorite movies of all-time, and it’s not even close. It’s in my top five. Second of all the “it ain’t the six minutes, it’s what happens in that six minutes” scene may very well be my favorite movie scene ever. I could name over 100 reasons why I love the movie Vision Quest but one of the funniest, and unsung reasons is Madonna singing “Crazy for You” in the bar. It just makes no sense. Madonna was already an international huge singing star at that
