Sex & Nudity

  • A man describes an act of molestation that occurred to him when he was a child, in which a man ejaculated in his face.
  • A man mastubates while standing naked, and though we only see his buttocks we see him rub his hand after on another man and a woman's face.
  • A man opens his pants in front of a boy and it is strongly implied he forces the boy to fellate him. This is intercut with a scene where an adult man forces another adult man in a similar fashion.
  • Although the film involves a man who loves to torture young boys, nothing is shown explicitly.
  • At the beginning of the film, we see a nude boy hanging from the ceiling by his arms and a man taking pictures of him. For a brief few seconds, it shows the boy's body from a distance. The room is very dark so nothing is explicitly shown. The man lightly kisses the boy, but it is very subtle.
  • Once the man leaves, the boy ventures in to see what the man did to the boy. The boy's genitals are seen briefly from the shadows, but nothing overly graphic.
  • During the title sequence, it shows images of boys (prepubescent through teens), some of the images show their genitals.
  • Later in the film, the man and boy discuss about the young boys the man tortured.

Violence & Gore

  • The film involves a ex-Nazi who likes to torture boys and kill them, although only the beginning sequence shows this. Later we discover about the other children. A boy witnesses the murder and acts his revenge by torturing the man after he has become crippled. The violence is very subtle and not graphic but can be intense when the boy acts his revenge later in the film.
  • A naked boy is hung from the ceiling by his arms. There are many bruises his body and looks like he is hanging on to life by a thread, it is implied the man had been torturing him for a while. After the man briefly kisses him, he walks behind his body and grabs a piece of wood. It shows him swing the piece of wood but the scene cuts before anything is shown. We then see his limp feet swing, implying the boy is dead.
  • The man attempts to commit suicide, the scene ends before he jumps.
  • The man's journal shows many drawings of what looks like tortured boys (headshots)
  • During the title sequence, there are many disturbing images of prisoners of the Nazis.
  • A boy is killed by having gasoline injected into his heart.
  • A boy is stripped, then killed by having his throat cut (The knife is shown being held to his throat, but not the actual cutting). A lot of blood is shown running down the boy's chest.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The film does not show anything really graphic but the altogether plot is disturbing.
  • A boy is shown being forced to sing while being stripped. He is crying the whole time. Later, his throat is cut (The knife is shown being held to his throat, but not the actual cutting) and a lot of blood is shown running down his chest.
  • A hypodermic needle full of gasoline is inserted in a boy's chest. He is shown gasping for air before finally dying.
