During the first introductions on the arctic base, there is conversation that includes "Doctor, Doctor, Doctor," and so on. This is a direct reference to the scene in Spies Like Us, where the exact same dialogue is uttered.
During the scene when Fez dreams about being operated on by Kelso, Eric and Hyde, the three of them shake hands and all say "Doctor" to each other over and over again.
