The Horror......
22 July 2000 | by (New Jersey) – See all my reviews

These women were truly frightening. There are some things that I have to say about this documentary. Allow me to list them.

1. I find it hard to imagine that these ladies weren't on steroids. Seriously.

2. That whole "illegal" top thing was stupid. Yeah, like one of those chicks would really distract the judges by wearing a padded bikini.

3. One the women who was in the final eight looked very, very masculine. I think it could have been a hermaphrodite. I have no proof, but it is just my personal belief.

4. One of the girls had incredibly heavy make up on. I mean she had bright blue eyeshadow on up to her brows, and it was pounded on, and she had some hideous red lipstick smeared onto her mouth. Ewww.

5. All those dark tans....They looked so fake and disgusting. Why do all bodybuilders have such gross tans?

6. The man who came out in the cape. When he dropped it, he was in a gold speedo-like thing with a matching gold sparkly head band. He has huge muscles, and proceeded to flex for the audience. It was such a homoerotic display.

7. Lastly, I had a great time watching this. I cracked so many jokes and got a big laugh out of the whole thing. But I as hilarious and grotesque as this was, I must give credit to the people who make a living out of it. Everybody has something that they were meant to do, and these folks have found their niche. Keep on pumping!
