Man tries to rape Megan.

A passionate kiss and implied sex (implied means: going to the bedroom and closing the door but nothing is seen).

Megan makes a pass (in her words) to a man.

Violence: 7/10

Several men on horse back ride through a campsite deliberately knocking people over, firing their guns off, and damaging property. They shoot and kill a cow and a dog. The cow is shown on the groung with blood coming out of it's nose. One man hits another with a shovel.

A man is beaten by three men with wooden sticks drawing blood. Another man beats the three men with a stick leaving them writhing in pain. The three men report to their boss and all display bloody facial injuries.

A man is hit in the face and groin with a sledge hammer.

A man shoots another man in the hand, and we see a bloody bullet hole.

A young woman is abducted. In kissing her, her abductor falls on top of her. He attempts to push her skirt up and tears her bodice.

One man shoots another through the hand. We see bullet hole in his palm.

We see an encampment being destroyed by dynamite.

Several men fire their guns at the feet of a man to make him 'dance'. They then repeatedly shoot him before one finally shoots him in the forehead. We see the impact of the bullets and his bullet riddled body is shown.

Six men are shot in rapid succession. We see them fall one by one.

A tense gun battle where several people are shot, and we see bloody bullet holes. Two characters have a draw, one of them draws first and shoots the other six times--the bullets exit out of his back, and we see incredibly bloody bullet holes with blood draining out both sides of the man; the other man then pulls out his second pistol and shoots him in the head, killing him, and we see another bloody bullet hole. A man is shot in the chest and crashes through a window.

The S-word is used twice. A bad-guy character says "Jesus" in a very pronounced way -- but given the context, "Jesus" here may be descriptive rather than merely "taking the Lord's name in vain." There is infrequent use of milder profanity and vulgarity.

Several characters are seen drinking alcohol. One is seen staggering drunk slurring his words.

Some miscellaneous and supporting characters are smoking pipes and chewing tobacco infrequently.

Attempted rape scene (brief)

A village is raided as the people are harassed and beaten.
