This film would benefit from not being ignored
10 March 2000 | by (Auckland, New Zealand) – See all my reviews

It is not a masterpiece but it certainly gives an insight of the murky world of espionage. The actors are good and the plot is very realistic, almost too realistic.

Much was said about D Day and operation Fortitude, earlier movies have already shown the trudging path followed by intelligence people during WWII, but "Bras de Fer" adds a contemporary vision on this dark History of Europe. A time when all the blows where allowed in combat.

Quite entertaining and definitely worth seeing.
