  • A boy talks about a BB gun he received once as a Christmas gift. Santa's wife tells him he wouldn't have got that particular gift from Santa as he (Santa) hates violence.
  • A reference is made to a young boy who has punched another boy at school and gave him a black eye. The act is not seen by the viewer.

  • There are some dynamite explosions. The plot of the movie centres around an oil company who unwittingly might destroy Santa Claus, this could be upsetting to younger children.
