Nasir hussein khan, was a genius filmaker, he made few films but all milestone, no one could match him. He was given the 'life achivement award' by filmfare very late in his life. After zamane ko dikhana hai, he made manzil manzil with current new stars, just to change with times, both films were his less successful films, not money losers but not hits like his previous like yadoon ki baraat & hum kisise kum nahin. Manzil Manzil was like the films which he made before infact technicaly better he moved with times, his touch was not missing, it was faultless, he dint change but the audiance changed they prefered big action films at that time like vidhaata, coolie, karma, mard, arjun etc. Today if you see manzil mamzil you will enjoy it, after it is release nasir saab confidently said he dint go wrong, he said he will bounce back with a musical love story and it will be liked and will be successful, he said 'musicals will continue and times will change' everyone laughed at that statement which he made, but people ate their words because what he said it really happened when qayamat se qayamat tak was released.
