Sex & Nudity

Dennis Quad has his shirt off in a number of scenes; one in an erotic dream with a lot of kissing and touching. He is in a shower with only torso seen, when he steps out he has a towel on.

In a dream scene a man walks in on his wife making love to another man. We hear loud moans and see her on top of the man. Subsequently it is implied that she cheated on him with a number of other men.

Violence & Gore

A number of murders and violent deaths including gun shot and stabbing

A snakeman attacks a boy's dad, offscreen, and it is implied that he kills him.

There is a scene where one character puts his hand in another's chest and rips out his heart. Then holds the beating heart in his hand.

There is a scene with zombie-like creatures.

Profanity

Two "f" words prominently highlighted otherwise language was pretty standard for PG-13 type movie.

a number of bar scenes with alcohol being consumed, one character chain smokes

Monsters, vicious dogs, people injured by bombing in dream sequences. Most of the special/visual effects are drab, unrealistic and rudimentary for today's standards.
