Mrs. Ardoy is the caretaker of a creepy old house set in the heart of the forest, who takes in a stranded young couple with car trouble. Once tucked in for the night, the pair begin to experience mutual dreams about a pack of werewolves roaming the region by night. The dreams, of course, are not entirely what they seem... and for that matter, neither is their hostess. Written by Ørnås

Pretty good entry
4 April 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Children of the Full Moon is a pretty solid entry of Hammer House of Horror. A married couple gets lost in the woods and stumble upon a creepy house with a group of children and their nanny. This episode has a pretty decent twist towards the end that you figure out but it still is good. The story is creepy and what happens to the wife is even more creepy. The acting is pretty good, besides the children who are wooden the whole time, but hey children really cant act anyways. This is the second episode I have seen so far with Witching Time being the first one and I have to say Children of the Full Moon is way way better. The story is more original and you do not get bored because there is always something going on. This is one of those less is more type of horror, where it builds on suspense and tension rather than showing the monster. I enjoyed it and now have hope that the rest of the series will be more like this episode rather than the abomination of what was Witching Time. I recommend this episode.
