A married couple are seen in bed and kissing, nothing sexual happens.

A young man and a woman are shown having sex in front of many young children for ceremonial purposes.

Violence & Gore

At the beginning a group of children kill everyone in a local cafe. A mans hand is put through a meat grinder, but it's off screen, you see blood splatter on a boys face. A man gets stabbed. Multiple people are poisoned through their coffee.

A young boy runs through a cornfield while being followed by an older boy. The younger boy is stabbed and blood splatters on his suitcase.

A couple driving hit a boy, but it turns out he was already dead.

A close-up is seen of a young teenage boy pressing a knife to his bare chest and slowly sliding it down to carve a pattern into his torso. The blood is caught in a small cup, intended for a girl to drink (she is stopped before is reaches her mouth) It is later revealed that this was a ceremony for the boy's birthday.

Lots of stabbing and intense scenes.

Profanity
