Suggested MPAA Rating: PG-13 for Thematic Elements, Language and A Brief Violent Image.

Two young men (both graffiti artists) fight each other on a subway track while a third person looks on; one of the two men fighting is sprayed in the eyes with spray paint and the two men tussle until they both men fall onto the subway's electrical third rail, killing both men instantly while the third man looks on in horror.

3 F-words (one is mouthed, both are uttered during a musical performance). 6 uses of the word 'shit'. 1 use of the word 'nigger'. Other infrequent profanities ('ass', 'Goddam' etc)

The death of one of the main characters is pretty sad.
