Trivia

Jump to: Cameo (1)
Kelly McGillis and Paul Reiser were originally considered for the lead-roles early in production, but were replaced due to lack of chemistry between the actors.
According to the DVD, this film was inspired by the actual bachelor party thrown for producer Bob Israel.
Kelly McGillis had originally secured the female lead, but was fired early in the shoot because she wasn't considered to be pretty or sexy enough.
Near the end of the film at the movie theater, they are supposedly showing a marathon of 3D films. Some are actual theatrical 3D releases, but most are made up. Those that are real films are House of Wax (1953), Dial M for Murder (1954) and Comin' at Ya! (1981). All the others are fake, which include "Syborg" (which could be a parody title for Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn (1983)), "The Bug" (which is a probably a parody title for the real 3D movie Parasite (1982)), "Biloxi (spelled wrong as "Boulxi") Blood Bath", "Chainsaw Child", "Hell House", "Battle For Berkeley", "Bat Beast", "Zenobia", "Pedestrian Bondage", "Glendale Girls Go Berserk", "Zulu", "Watts Wilderness", "Richard III", "Death Cult Bar-Mitsva" and "Sioux City". There are a bunch of other titles on the right side marquee, but they are hard to read.
As indicated in its "Making-of" featurette, Bachelor Party 2: The Last Temptation (2008), was originally intended to be a remake of this film, but was released as a sequel instead.
