Sony has been developing the franchise since 2009, picking up the rights from Warner Bros. We reported back in January that McG entered talks to direct, although we haven't had any updates since then. For those who have been waiting for He-Man and the rest of these iconic characters to hit the big screen, DreamWorks TV has some comic relief for you today, with the animated spoof reality series The Real Masters of Eternia.

This hilarious eight-minute spoof takes footage from the 1980s animated series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, and with the help of some crafty editing and new voice actors, turns these characters battling for Eternia into roommates, who have all moved into Castle Greyskull. »
