one of the 1980's classics from ITV. It was originally planned to run for a season but coupled with the overwhelming success of Blind Date and the British Public's affection with Cilla Black, this ran for quite a number of seasons. Each episode would open with Cilla singing an edited version of the programmes theme tune before stepping on down to the sofa. The theme tune was also released as a single in the United Kingdom and is an alright piece of 80's pop music. Basically this was a program that dealt with ordinary members of the public and trying to make a mini dream come true for them. This idea for this series was to a bit more fun than the BBC's own 'That's Life' but not as OTT as 'Jim'll Fix It'.
