She is resentful of every decision that her mother makes from selling the family horse farm to a relationship with the local sherrif. Lori doesn't know what to do and turns to her father's journals filled with psychology and metaphysics for answers. One day, a client coming to see about the boarding of his horse, crashes in a plane with his best friend. The friend manages to escape tragedy, but the client, Terry Stockton, dies in the accident. However, Lori can see and actually touch the supposedly dead Terry after she finds him in the woods. After some struggle, Lori comes to believe that she is meant to help Terry. With the aid of her father's journals and Terry's best friend, they try to find out why Terry's spirit hasn't crossed over. This movie is so wonderful!!!! I love it!
5 June 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I loved Sex and The City, which is my favorite TV show...anyways ...I was given a copy of "Somewhere Tomorrow" as a gift from my grandmother about 4 years ago. I never took the time to watch it because I thought it was a crap movie....I finally watched it tonight with some friends, because we were bored and wanted something to do...while digging through my old movies...we came across this movie and said "Why not give it a try?" we did and the movie is so great! Its definitely a tear jerker! I love it! The ending really surprised me!!! Like I said I loved it! The quality is not that great...but the movie itself is lovely....I guess that is why my granny gave it to me....She died too so this reminds me of my grandmother for some strange yet cliché reason...anyways .....if you are into chick flicks take a shot at this movie!!! and remember live your DREAMS!!!! :) OK that last part was pretty tacky but so true!!!! :)
