Gently amusing gangster parody - that deserves a wider audience. Why on earth hasn't this been released on video OR DVD? The nice performances and sharp direction make this a very decent little flick. Seek it out! Somehow!

Crazy villains, goof ball cops, and brainy kids, sounds like a recipe for wackiness. Nutcase is a kids adventure comedy full of slap stick humor and weirdness. It's the kind of film where the villains bust into song and dance after goofing with the cops. There's a submarine and volcanoes and a strange new wave German woman super villain and cops the cluck like chickens and an anti-gravity ray gun and and....uh, ouch, my head hurts. "who put the Happy Chappy powder in the c-c-c-c-c-c-c-coppers coffee?" You'll just have to watch the movie to find out. I purchased this video about 8 years ago. I've watched it several times, it's very funny in a silly sort of way, kind of reminds me of some Sid and Marty Krofft productions. great for anyone who likes weird kids movies.
