It's a housing project named Pruitt-Igoe, that was located in St. Louis, Missouri. It consisted of thirty-three buildings that were demolished in the mid-1970's.

It is the first (and failed) launch of an Atlas-Centaur rocket that exploded over Cape Canaveral, Florida in 1962.
